Shanzhai Transformers Is Coming…

While some shanzhai products leave you dumbfounded by the street wisdom, or at least the audacity, of Chinese people, some others will simply torture your eardrums and eyeballs and even raise concerns over the status quo of intellectual property protection in China.
Here’s the newest trailer of a Chinese TV series called “Hyperwiz” (百变机兽), which copied the ideas of Hasbro’s Transformers, even with the icons of Autobots and Decepticons (they changed it a little and made it like a Traditional Chinese character “車” meaning automobile) and some characters like Ironhide and Bonecrusher.
BTW, you can find some visual elements of Japanese cartoon in this Hyperwiz trailer, which made it stranger.
