Youku ♥ Mac Users

Great news for the Mac community: after developing, debugging, and testing for a long period, Youku.com today annouced its new uploading interface, which finally fully supports most browsers for Mac OS X - Safari, Firefox, Camino, and so on. Phew… what a breakthrough!!!
On the top of every page on Youku.com, you can find this upload button:
If you have a Youku account, there’s absolutely no need for me to explain how to upload a video clip. Here are some limits and tips for uploading a video to Youku.com:
- Don’t upload video files larger than 200MB. (Our dev team just told me that, if you upload a video file with iku, Youku’s client for Windows, the limit could be… 1.2GB. Oops.)
- No limit for the video’s duration.
- Youku supports most video formats you can find in your hard disks. Full list: .wmv .avi .dat .asf .rm .rmvb .ram .mpg .mpeg .3gp .mov .mp4 .m4v .dvix .dv .dat .mkv .flv .vob .ram .qt .divx .cpk .fli .flc .mod.
- 50 Chinese characters at most in the video title.
- 2 Chinese characters at least for a tag. 10 tags at most for a video clip. Please divide your tags with “,” or “;”.

Does it work better with Safari or Firefox for MAC ?
I tried uploading 15 or 20 min clip of size smaller than 200MB but all failed. The upload attempts hang while 4% or even last 1% remaining.
AVI file format fails straightaway, always says upload completed almost immediately without the upload timebar even displaying at all. Any advice or tips ?
