BREAKING NEWS: This video went up on Youku just a few hours ago. Who cares about North Korean missile launches? The self-proclaimed “King of Dice” has broken his own record, by stacking 26 dice without touching ‘em. One hell of a bar trick. Must get him women galore.
Steven rounded up the following biographical info on the King, whose name is Wang Zhongbin:
Wang Zhongbin was inspired by God of Gamblers, a 1980s Hong Kong film featuring Chow Yun-Fat. Knowing nothing about card games and Mahjong, 40-year-old Wang has broken Guinness World Records twice now. He destroyed tens of thousands of dice while honing his skills. In 2002, he won the title of China’s King of Dice on a variety show hosted by Guangxi TV. CCTV’s Approaching Science (走进科学) program has researched his skill but still was unable to figure out how he does it. “I consider every dice as a life, a close friend.” Wang Zhongbin said.

Thanks for posting this article. I am physically drained of struggling to find relevant and clever commentary on this subject. Everyone nowadays goes to the very far extremes to either drive home their viewpoint of that everybody else in the globe is wrong. Thanks for your consise and relevant insight.
