Is Hong Kong Airport the Bermuda for Hysteria?

Holy f@#k… Another woman completely lost it in Hong Kong airport, again, over missing a flight. Risking entirely losing my already poor hearing, I made this brief transcription for you:
I don’t even have this right? Huh? Why did you police come asking us questions about ‘rights’? You didn’t give a damn about anything! No food, no hotel! 5 days already, any thoughts about this? Now what are you police doing here? Don’t you fear about anything? No arrangement at all, do you know? Since the 26th, there has been no arrangement at all! You’ve made arrangement for other passengers, but nothing for us! I’m telling you - you’ve compensated them RMB 3000, you should refund us too! No single day missing! Why are you looking at me? I have 14 customers! Why not?! I’m telling you - you will definitely call TV stations to do a story about you! Hong Kong Airport! China Southern Airline!
…
Truly sorry my dear friends. I’m already deaf. This has been the longest minute in my life. And I bet you can’t stand this woman yelling for so long. I thought Grace Chen, Chen Shui-bian’s daughter, was the fiercest Asian woman. Obviously, I’m wrong.
Note: The woman in the other linked video turns out to have missed a flight to San Francisco to see her dying sister, so mocking her for her emotional state seems pretty unfair.
