Peng Cong, an ordinary Telecoms Bureau officer from Chongqing, has invested 150,000 RMB in the past 6 years for his extraordinary project - to make an airoplane! The most unbelievable part is, his monthly salary is only 2,000 RMB.

The airoplane you can see in the video is 5.5m long and 10m wide. The highest speed is 100km/h. The height limit is 4km. It burns 19 liters of diesel oil per hour — about twice an SUV. The airplane has been flight-tested for more than 100 hours… and it’s still flying!
